FOR THE POKEDEX COLLAB OF

This is my third entry for this collab and I'm happy for it. But I wasn't on the mood these days so I'm not so delighted with the result... but it isn't so bad, so I better stop being idiot and like it (?)

Frillish, Frillish. I really like this pokémon, his design is so cute and somekind of creepy. The evolution is a %/(·& for me, i don't like it even a little so I'm happy for could take Frillish!
